Financial statements say incorporation date is 06 January 1992.
DFM website says listing date is 26 March 2000. Previous listing date information (maybe from ESCA?) was 22 April 2001.
DNIR has a branch in Beirut, Lebanon, which is in the process of being closed down according to 08Q1 financial statements.

Website says Shaikh / Sheikh Humaid Bin Ahmed Al Mualla (or Ahmad Al Maolla / Moalla / Mu'alla) is Vice Chairman and also UAE Minister for Planning. Different postion from the Minister of Planning and Economy who is Sheikha / Shaikha Lubna.
Website also gives incorporation date as 01/01/1991 which conflicts with SCA site date of 01/01/1992.
