Arabtec Construction LLC was founded in 1975 and taken over by Arabtec with
IPO and founder money.
Name changed from Arab Technical Construction
PJSC to Arabtec Holding PJSC (or Arabtec Holding Company PJSC) on 26
June 2006.
Arabtec Construction LLC is a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding PJSC.
ARTC bought its own cement plant in 2005 (Austrian
Arabian Ready Mix Co) which should mean it is less vulnerable to supply
problems and/or increasing cement costs in the UAE.
Arabtec builds a good number of properties in Emaar developments and is
regularly awarded contracts from Emaar.
