capital increase at par value (100 fils) plus premium of 175 fils per share?
New share capital would be KD 39,657,175 if capital increase based on share

based on share capital before issue of bonus shares. Another figure seen is

Al Madina Investment Company was originally established as Modern Printing
Press KSCC in 1980 and changed its name in January 2005. The company's objective
is to invest surplus funds of Islamic banks and financial institutions into
short and medium term financial instruments in accordance with the Shari'a
principles. AlMadina also offers investment and portfolio management in
the Kuwait Stock Exchange, and real estate projects.
India Fund - invests funds in Indian equities, started 01 March 2006 with capital of KD 5-50 million. From Mar 2006 to Jun 2007 the fund returned about 40%, while the Indian stockmarket index was up about 55%.
