including Waha Capital (OILC) which is also listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities

Abu Dhabi National Hotels owns Sheraton, Meridien, and Hilton hotels in
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
ADNH also own the Al Diar hotel chain, and Al Ghazal transport
services, and a catering company.
ADNH is a similar sounding operation to National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCTH), another Abu Dhabi stock market listed company, which owns Inter-Continental hotels in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
25 October 2007 ADNH Saadiyat Island
ADNH plans to spend AED 700m building a five-star beach resort on Saadiyat Island - a major development on one of the islands offshore from Abu Dhabi city. Expected completion is in 2009 with construction apparently having started early in 2007.
